Moving forward without blame
We listen to what has happened and how it affects work now. The past helps us understand the situation, while the focus is on making cooperation work again. We clarify responsibilities, goals and next actions rather than seek blame.
Human connection and an understanding of leadership
Both of us have practical leadership experience. Bäsmä has managed in healthcare and led teams in several sectors. Her solution-focused approach and Reteaming skills complement Petra's experience of team leadership, parish work and implementing change. We can therefore examine both interpersonal tensions and work structures: roles, decision-making, information flow and shared practices.
Working practices for real everyday life
Bäsmä's service design skills and more than a decade of entrepreneurial experience help examine how work functions for both employees and customers. We make needs visible, identify difficulties and develop practical approaches to try in everyday work. Her 13 years of student supervision and cooperation between workplaces and universities of applied sciences also bring perspectives on induction, learning and collaboration between organisations.
An occupational health perspective on human connection
As she approaches qualification as a public health nurse, Bäsmä brings an occupational health perspective: how job demands, conditions, physical and psychosocial workload and recovery affect work ability and workplace wellbeing. This helps identify pressures behind cooperation problems and develop everyday practices that support sustainable wellbeing. Prevention and strengthening resources are part of building solutions.
We agree practical goals and how to monitor progress. Change may show in smoother information flow, clearer responsibilities, decisions moving forward and agreed practices being followed.
